Less of a “trick” and more common sense
Understand the “real” desire of a client.
The first-time buyer to a seasoned investor, they all want the same thing. A result in their favor, the most for the least spend.
Learn to sell, learn to read people, and learn to negotiate as your life depends on it.
Sounds like a no brainer, right!
Last year, the median income for realtors across America was just over $40K. Does that sound like most realtors have these skills?

Interesting question. I would not call it a “trick,” but I would call it the key to success in real estate. Perfect your listening skills. It is the most well-used tool in my toolbox. I use it every day and have for many, many years. What is curious is that many people underestimate this success skill. You are different!
It will not only help you in your real estate career. You will find it to be the key to your overall success and happiness. Good luck!

Be super friendly to rich people
That means gifts, dinner invitations
You make friends with rich people, and you will get deals, sooner or later

Go and beat down the doors for listings, because once you get a listing, SOMEBODY will sell the house for you. You get a commission either way, whether you do any more work on it or not.
